Argent Reach × Business Hub OS

Partner Portal Plan

DRAFT · October 15, 2026 · Argent Reach × Business Hub OS partnership
DRAFT · October 15, 2026. This plan is a working draft prepared for Anton's review. It has not been shared with Jim Francis or Tim Wells.

Purpose

Partners get a back room of their own: a private portal that looks and feels like the Partner Workspace Anton and Pete use every day, scoped to exactly one partner wide. A partner who opens it should feel what it is like to work with us, not have to learn a new system.

Two pilots: Jim Francis (Forever Fundraiser) and Tim Wells (Berghuis & Hunt).

Design rule

The portal sections

1. Home

What this is: The partner's front page. Everything new, at a glance.

How it works: Home shows introductions sent, how many are in conversation right now, what changed since the partner's last visit, and the next event on the calendar.

What the partner does: Nothing required. Open, glance, close. Home answers "where do things stand?" in about ten seconds.

2. My Introductions

What this is: Every person or business the partner has introduced to us, and where each one stands.

How it works: Each introduction carries a plain language stage: Received, In conversation, Working together, Client, or Not a fit. The list is read only. Pete and Anton keep the stages current as conversations move.

What the partner does: Adds a new introduction three ways: the introduction form in Messages and Ideas, by telling Sterling, or in person at an event using their card's event mode.

3. Talk to Sterling

What this is: Sterling, the Argent Reach and Business Hub OS AI agent, available by voice or text, day or night.

How it works: Partners ask questions about services, the partnership, and how introductions work, and they can talk an idea through out loud before writing anything down. Sterling's partner training covers process only. Sterling never discusses money terms. Anything a partner wants kept goes through the Ideas form, so it is filed and not just chatted about.

What the partner does: Taps the Sterling button and talks, the way they would talk to a person.

4. Messages and Ideas

What this is: The partner's direct line to Pete and Anton.

How it works: The Partner Message form (a note, an idea, or an introduction) lands in the partnership hub, where Pete and Anton see it. The partner's message history stays visible in this section, so they can see what they sent and when. Ideas get a short summary written by Orca and filed into the partner's folder, so an idea becomes a document the three of us can work from.

What the partner does: Writes once, in one place, instead of texting two people and hoping both saw it.

5. File Library

What this is: The partner's shared Google Drive folder: the working folder for the three of us, the partner, Pete, and Anton.

How it works: The partner uploads anything they want us to have: brochures, lists, logos, documents of any kind. Orca treats new uploads as a work queue, works them, and the finished work lands back in the same folder. The partner application, profile packet, and business overview are already filed here from the day the partner applied.

What the partner does: Drops files in. If it is in the folder, we have it, and we work from it.

6. My Documents

What this is: The important paperwork, in one place.

How it works: The partner application, the business overview, and the agreements live here. Signing documents live here once signed, so nobody hunts through email for the current version.

What the partner does: Reads or downloads anytime, and signs here when a document is ready for signature.

7. Resources

What this is: The reference shelf.

How it works: The services one-pager, the partner overview, a link to the public site, the link to book a call with Pete, and Sterling's training document for partners who want to see exactly what Sterling knows.

What the partner does: Grabs the link or document they need when someone asks, "So what do these folks do?"

8. My Card

What this is: The partner's virtual business card, and its QR code.

How it works: The same system as the team's cards: tap to call, text, or email, save the contact, and a short form so people the partner meets can leave their details. Captures land in the hub, tagged to the partner and to the event when event mode is set. The card is built when the partner is ready for it.

What the partner does: Keeps the card on their phone home screen and opens it when they meet someone.

9. Learn

What this is: Short explainers that help a partner spot an opportunity inside a normal conversation.

How it works: Plain pieces on what a security review actually is, the signs a business is exposed, and what Business Hub OS does for a business day to day. Drawn from Pete's education content priorities for the partnership.

What the partner does: Reads one in about two minutes before a coffee, and knows what to listen for.

10. Suggested Introductions

What this is: Gentle, ready made starting points drawn from the partner's own list.

How it works: From the partner's own network list (Jim's roster, Tim's target accounts), the portal surfaces two or three suggested introductions at a time. One tap on "Introduce us" opens the introduction form already filled in. No outreach ever goes out to anyone on a partner's list without that partner's approval for that specific introduction.

What the partner does: Approves the ones that feel right and ignores the rest. Their network, their call, every time.

11. Wins

What this is: Momentum, made visible.

How it works: When one of the partner's introductions moves forward, a short note appears on Home: "Your introduction to X is now a client." The partner sees the result of introducing us without having to ask.

What the partner does: Nothing. Enjoys it.

12. Partner Directory

What this is: The humans behind the portal.

How it works: Pete, Anton, and Erik, with photos and the partnership story: who the team is and how we work together. A partner always knows who is on the other side of every section above.

What the partner does: Puts faces to names before the first call.

The three legs underneath

How they connect: the portal links to the folder and, in time, to the partner's own account. The account holds their introductions, their pipeline, and their card. The folder holds the documents behind all of it. One partner, one page, one folder, one account. Nothing scattered across texts and email threads.

Phases

Phase 1: LIVE NOW. Partner pages for Jim Francis and Tim Wells with profile, referrals, folder link, and the Partner Message form, built and verified end to end on October 15, 2026. Sterling added to both pages on October 15, 2026.

Phase 2: The full portal. The partner pages are rebuilt as the portal in this plan, in Partner Workspace style: explainers under every section, the file library button, Wins on Home, and suggested introductions. Tim's suggested introductions come from his named priority accounts. Jim's stay off until he validates his roster (see Phase 3).

Phase 3: Their own subaccounts, with real sign in. Each partner's own Business Hub OS account, preloaded with their world: for Tim, his target account list; for Jim, his network roster as contacts. This phase waits until we have enough information from each partner, per Anton's direction: Jim validates his 51 contact roster, and Tim firms up his list of about 26 target accounts. Anton's call holds this phase until then.
