Argent Reach × Business Hub OS

Call Breakdown — Oct 13 Working Session

Argent Reach partner program · Session record · Tuesday, October 13, 2026
Session record. Anton Hocking and Pete Reynolds working session, Tuesday, October 13, 2026. 101 minutes, Google Meet (screen share). Recorded by Fathom (Gemini Notes also captured the session). Purpose: define the CRM and partner portal strategy for Argent Reach.

What was decided

  1. Two-subaccount structure. A Partner Portal for the Argent Reach / Business Hub OS partnership, and a separate Client CRM for Pete's own Argent Reach leads. Both branded with Argent Reach logos and favicons, each with its own dedicated 651 number.
  2. Client CRM replaces Pete's spreadsheet. Pete's pre-qualified target accounts move into a custom pipeline in the Client CRM.
  3. FieldSafe gets a dedicated subaccount. Argent Reach is the consulting arm for FieldSafe, Sunstream's cybersecurity product for roughly 100 farm credit associations. The full association list will be imported and enriched, with granular permissions (Client Admin, Client Viewer) for the Argent Reach and Sunstream teams, plus an education content program for the farm credit community.
  4. The value exchange. Business Hub OS provides the platform at no charge. Argent Reach provides cybersecurity expertise to help secure the platform and co-branding (for example a "Secured by Argent Reach" badge) that builds trust with Business Hub OS clients. The referral agreement formalizes the partnership.
  5. A prep meeting comes next. Anton and Pete refine the pitch together before Pete demos the platform to Argent Reach leadership: JD Harris, Brad Gustafson, Sarah Goranson, and Ethan Harris.

Gaps that need attention

  1. Pipeline stage mismatch. On the call, the agreed Client CRM stages were Lead, Discovery, Qualified (INBAT: Interest, Need, Budget, Authority, Timing), Define, Proposed, Contract, then Won / Lost / On Hold. The CRM was built with New Opportunity, Qualified, Meeting Booked, Proposal, Negotiation, Won, Lost (the reporting spec). One set has to win before Pete works the pipeline daily and before the lead import lands its cards. Confirm with Pete, then rebuild the stages to match.
  2. Two agenda items were not covered. The session agenda from Pete's morning email was: select the five target accounts, walk the security review questions, define co-selling ownership. The call went deep on platform strategy instead. The five accounts are still unselected (Anton two introductions, Pete two, one joint leadership opportunity, Klesk already named as first live lead), and the security questions still need their walk-through. The security documentation draft remains the first deliverable for the five reviewers.
  3. Signing is ready now. Pete's PDFs (Referral Agreement and Mutual NDA, Manifestic versions) supersede the parked SharePoint attempt. Review the terms against Pete's own template, sign, and return. Pete also asked that Tara Jackson be included on all communications involving JD going forward.
  4. The FieldSafe clock. Pete wants the Sunstream / Farm Credit / FieldSafe model operational the week of Oct 19. The dedicated subaccount is step one. Enrichment of the association list depends on Apollo, which is blocked until the Apollo key is re-entered in a desktop session.
  5. Calendly is the double-booking risk. Until Pete's Calendly link arrives and his calendar is connected, bookings on the platform calendar and his Calendly can collide.
