Work Summary Brief Argent Reach x Business Hub OS | Prepared for Peter Reynolds | October 13, 2026 |
This brief lists everything that has been built, filed, or set in motion for the Argent Reach partner program through the October 13 working session, with a short description of each item and its current status. It is written so it can be handed directly to Peter Reynolds: each section describes what was done and what, if anything, is still needed from Argent Reach.

This brief, Section 9 |
A six-page document answering the security questions Pete's review group raised at the working session, prepared for Brad Gustafson (Consulting), Ethan Harris (MSSP), Sarah Goranson (vCISO / Advisory), David Godwin (Cybersecurity Architect), and JD Harris (CEO).
Covers: identity and access (five least-privilege roles), visibility and data boundaries, the data inventory, storage/backup/deletion, the audit trail, AI boundaries, and communications compliance - plus incident reporting and a review cadence.
Honest status tagging: every control is marked Answered, Planned, or To Confirm. Nothing is presented as a finished control when it still needs a vendor or policy confirmation, and no certification is claimed.
Appendix B lists the eight items that must close before partner data beyond the pilot enters the Hub: encryption attestation, backup and restore evidence, audit capability, export and deletion terms, authentication enforcement, AI provider retention, sender verification, and the review cadence.
Where it is: Filed in the Argent Reach Drive folder for Pete's reviewers, next to the original security draft, at docs.google.com/document/d/1oomD8ACknEyk5Z0wB9iMGj3FPCH8G4_mdAf6AtN8KUU
Each idea Pete raised - on his emails, the September 23 proposal, and the October 9 and October 13 calls - is turned into a concrete proposal, and each proposal is mapped to the exact Business Hub OS tools that would run it: CRM, AI voice and phone numbers, chat agents, the unified inbox, social media management across 14 platforms, blogging, video, and websites. Nothing generic, and nothing included that has no job in Argent Reach's program.

The document closes with the build roadmap - security first, five accounts and Sunstream next week, pages before November, the content engine after the model proves out - and the decisions the working session needs to take.
The partner-facing overview that explains the Hub model: a shared pursuit layer where Argent Reach and its partners run enterprise accounts together, while each firm's own CRM stays its system of record. It lays out the five pursuit stages (Pre-Qualified, Qualified, Defined, Approach, Contract), the four-part workspace (pursuit pipeline, account plan, artifact library, private partner space with its own agent), and the FieldSafe/Sunstream launch as the first opportunity. It closes by inviting partners to bring two or three accounts to a working session.
The Argent Reach workspace is live in the Business Hub OS CRM, with the structure today's session needs - no purchases, no AI activations, and no invites beyond Pete's pending one.
Enterprise Pursuits pipeline: Pre-Qualified to Qualified to Defined to Approach to Contract to Won / Lost, with nine custom fields (Pursuit Lead, SME assignees, Key Deliverable and Due Date, Current State, Desired State, NDA / MSA Status, and others).
Partner tracking: Jim Francis and Tim Wells are entered as partner contacts at Partner Stage: New Partner, so every partner Jim brings in becomes a test case for refining the system before it goes professional.
Sunstream structure: a dedicated Sunstream Group field tracks the three groups Pete defined: existing Sunstream clients, current FieldSafe clients, and new prospects.
Pete's access: Pete has been invited at PReynolds@argentreach.com; his first sign-in is the remaining step.
Both partner lists Pete pointed to on SharePoint were opened and read, so account work starts from real lists rather than guesses:
Tim Wells' account focus: roughly 26 Minnesota-region enterprise targets, including 3M, Andersen, Best Buy, Boston Scientific, Cargill, CHS, Ecolab, Securian, Ameriprise, Target, General Mills, Medtronic, Land O'Lakes, Hormel, Thrivent, UnitedHealthcare, Travelers, RBC, Wells Fargo, U.S. Bank (marked priority), Federated, SunOpta, Toro, UNFI, Xcel Energy, DigiKey, and Trane, framed around digital transformation, cybersecurity, and data and AI.
Jim Francis' master introduction list: municipal, county, and public-safety targets - Dakota County, South St. Paul, West St. Paul, Inver Grove Heights, the League of Minnesota Cities, LMCIT, Dakota 911, plus an expansion list - worked in Jim's recommended sequence, starting with a South St. Paul executive meeting. Names and titles need confirming before any outreach.
A message was sent to Pete requesting the details needed to build the three rep pages and to keep the November / December media planning ahead of schedule:
For each of the three reps: name, title, email, page phone, headshot, focus area, short bio, and how they want bookings handled.
Media dates: a nudge for firmer dates and outlets for the November / December coverage, so the media capture page is live before the coverage lands.
The conversation is being kept moving so nothing waits on Anton to chase it.
These predate today's work and are included so nothing is counted twice:
Peter Reynolds sales page: his focused prospecting landing page, live.
Partnership proposal page: the working proposal Pete and Anton have been reviewing.
Networking Hub mockup: the page mockup showing the Hub's recommended structure.
Working session brief: the October 13 session brief covering Pete's agenda, the five accounts, the security questions, and the SharePoint lists - used to run today's meeting.
Apollo enrichment - pulling verified emails, direct dials, titles, and LinkedIn profiles for the reps and target accounts - cannot run yet. The stored Apollo key is invalid (it failed a live test), and the fix is a desktop re-paste: the key has to be copied and pasted on one device, because the cross-device copy step corrupted three keys in one evening earlier in the week. This is on the list for the next desktop session.
Even with Apollo working, enrichment works best once Pete names the three reps - which is exactly what the message in Section 6 asks him for. Nothing is blocked on this; the request to Pete is already out.
Everything left to do is gated on a named input. This is the list to work from:
